Supervise daily plant operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved Lead, coach, and develop production employees across the facility Monitor production schedules, labor utilization, and operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with GM - Ps, HACCP, OSHA, and company policies and procedures Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, and leadership teams to minimize downtime and improve plant performance Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture on the production floor Ensure employees follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with employee training, onboarding, and performance management initiatives Qualifications 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing Food manufacturing experience required, dairy or bakery experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working in fast-paced production environments Knowledge of GM - Ps, food safety, and manufacturing operations Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams Experience with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems preferred Why consider this opportunity?
