Required Minimum Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping/environmental services role in Healthcare, Hospitality or Class A Commercial field. Required. Required Minimum Skills:Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word;operate enhanced Environmental Services Technologies (ultra-violet disinfecting technology);communicate effectively in the English language;work effectively in a fast paced environment with continuous exposure to known occupational risk factors;lead departmental huddles and reassign staff to meet the need of the facility;perform a proper terminal clean in the OR, ER and IP care areas;able to serve as a front line team member in most areas of the facility;effectively communicate with diverse work groups which include clinical and business departments;train employees and serve as a positive role model and preceptor;demonstrate compliance with departmental and organizational policies and regulations; problem solving and manging up.
