It’s rewarding to work, with an inspiring team, where every contribution matters. Caterpillar’s Remanufacturing Division is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Mississippi facilities. This position will provide administrative support and coordinate activities for a team of people across multiple buildings and shifts. The role will be based on 1st shift in Corinth but will require the ability to flex as needed to support the campus. Responsibilities:- Coordinating employee events such as service anniversary celebrations and retirements - Maintaining employee uniform orders and coordinating with vendor to ensure accurate and timely delivery and billing - Assisting with merchandise store - Managing projects management as needed for continuous improvement - Assisting with mail - Answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions. - Maintaining vacation schedule and master schedule of whereabouts for staff. - Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date. - Typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff. - Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation. What you will have: Degree or equivalent experience desired Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
