Effectively leads the global product marketing team in attaining aggressive revenue growth goals. Owns voice of customer for the business line to inform both upstream product development/acquisitions and marketing strategy per product line and region Creates actionable market segmentation that informs marketing and sales how to best position and ultimately hit revenue targets Drives the collection, analysis and dissemination of competitive intelligence Works with regional sales and marketing team to create long and short-term marketing plans that positions IO in the optimal position to compete and win Informs and collaborates with portfolio managers in opportunity assessments and decisions Effectively builds compelling value propositions per product and service which includes clinical marketing and promotion to build markets and capture market share Works with IO leadership to create long-term growth strategies and build the foundation to realize the long-term plans. Launches products in varying markets with emphasis on global value propositions but localization when necessary Collaborates with corporate marketing teams to promote IO products individually as well as builds on the corporate branding and messaging Builds advertising plans, event strategy, and promotional campaigns to maximize the return on marketing investments Aligns closely with the sales leadership to focus on high value sales enablement activities and improvements ?Minimum Skills and Qualifications 10 years of product marketing or commercial strategy leadership within the medical device industry (experience with interventional radiology a plus)5 years of experience leading a team of marketing professionals. Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred)Experience selling in varying global markets. Proven track record scaling marketing activity with a high growth business. Strong executive communication capability across medical and commercial leaders. Experience influencing leaders in a matrix organization.
