Drive Strategic Project Outcomes- Lead and facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to define project scope, priorities, and success measures that support future growth and operational excellence.- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide engineering, IT, and fulfillment teams toward reliable and scalable solutions.- Maintain alignment across stakeholders by managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies to deliver results on time and within investment targets. Strengthen Fulfillment Operations- Evaluate fulfillment operations to identify opportunities to improve capacity, efficiency, cost performance, and patient service outcomes.- Develop data-driven recommendations that enhance workflow design, system reliability, and infrastructure utilization.- Partner with operations, technology, and real estate teams to implement solutions that improve long-term fulfillment capabilities. Influence Through Partnership- Build trusted relationships across a large, matrixed organization by engaging subject matter experts and decision-makers with clarity and confidence.- Communicate progress, insights, and risks through concise updates and executive-ready materials that support informed decision-making.- Proactively identify and resolve risks, conflicts, or scope challenges to keep projects moving forward. Ensure Responsible Capital Management- Develop and manage funding documentation that clearly outlines business value, project costs, and interdependencies.- Track forecasted and actual capital spend throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and variances early.- Provide transparent reporting to leadership to support accountability and sound financial stewardship. Qualifications. Required Qualifications- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting fulfillment operations and large, complex business initiatives.- Proven experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into operational or facility design solutions.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence leaders at all levels.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25–30%. Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. High School Diploma or equivalent required.- Experience supporting Accredo and/or Express Scripts fulfillment pharmacy operations.- Knowledge of the pharmacy fulfillment ecosystem and fulfillment facility design considerations.- Strong background in relationship building, facilitation, and conflict resolution across complex organizations. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,100 - 186,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
