Build an engaging and cohesive user experience, paying close attention to every detail of the user journey. Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and design features that meet both user and business needs. Communicate your design concepts effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and be ready to present and defend your work to cross-functional teams and leadership. Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform your design decisions and continuously iterate on product improvements. Advocate for the user, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are at the forefront of the design process. Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain a consistent and scalable user experience across all Redfin products. About You.
