Data & Platform Development. Contribute to the development of data pipelines, APIs, and services supporting AI and analytics platforms. Assist in building and maintaining cloud-based data workflows for structured and unstructured data. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following established standards. AI & Analytics Enablement (Scoped Contributions)Support AI platforms such as:Synthetic data generation components (Deep Synthetic Foundry)Text and document processing pipelines (OCR, NLP, IDP)Image or multimodal data workflows. Implement clearly defined features or enhancements under guidance from senior engineers. Data Engineering Foundations. Work with SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) to ingest, transform, and validate data. Help ensure data quality, reliability, and performance in production pipelines. Learn best practices for monitoring, logging, and operational support. Collaboration & Learning. Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product team members on shared goals. Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews. Continuously learn modern tools, frameworks, and AI-related technologies. Qualifications. Required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0–2 years of experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects). Familiarity with Python and basic software development concepts. Basic knowledge of SQL and data structures. Interest in data engineering, analytics, or AI systems. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Preferred. Exposure to cloud platforms or modern data stacks. Experience with APIs, ETL pipelines, or data processing frameworks. Coursework or projects related to data engineering, machine learning, or analytics. Curiosity about AI, NLP, computer vision, or synthetic data (experience not required). Why This Role.
