Supervision & Training Train beneficiaries on Kitchen Safety and Compliance protocols Supervise daily work therapy performance, including cooking and cleaning Provide regular feedback and direction to beneficiaries Ensure compliance with Health Department policies Menu & Inventory Management Create and update menus using Cycle Menu Management System Maximize use of donated goods Maintain kitchen and canteen inventories Generate timely orders based on stock, cost, and needs Source and coordinate food donations Operations Management Monitor canteen sales and card tracking Maintain kitchen log communications Execute Health Department policies Prepare for regular inspections Coordinate with Kitchen Supervisor on all operations Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Serv.
