Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related Data Analytics role OR Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in a related Data Analytics role. Prior work experience must include one (1) year (with a Master’s degree) OR three (3) years (with a Bachelor’s degree) with each of the following: authoring technical requirements, user stories and epics using control-driven design principles, with special attention to cross-functional dependencies; translating application program interface (API) spec documents into technical feature requirements; building digital products in a fast-paced, agile product development environment; participating in building, testing, and launching of new features for Credit Card or Deposits products; and using product management applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Jira and Confluence to facilitate business requirements development, data analysis, and implementation of customer remediation activities.
