Full Time work available. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor and customer invoices. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Assist with collections, payment processing, and month?end close activities. Handle administrative tasks and respond to vendor and customer inquiries. Office Administrator / Accounts Payable & Receivab Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or AP/ AR roles. Proficiency with accounting software (Quick. Books, Sage 100, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Effective communication skills for working with vendors and customers. Ability to maintain accurate, audit?ready records. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
