THE JOB:We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Summer Intern to join our Finance team and support the Financial Planning & Analysis function at the property level. This internship offers handson exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and crossfunctional collaboration, while working closely with both property and corporate finance partners. The intern will gain practical experience supporting financial decisionmaking, leveraging data and emerging technologies, and presenting insights that help drive business performance. THE STARTING RATE: $18.00/ Hour. PROGRAM DURATION: June August 2026 THE DAY-TO-DAY:Receive personalized learning plans specifically aligned to their goals and development opportunities in their chosen area of concentration. Support the Manager, FP&A with adhoc financial reporting and analysis related to propertylevel operations. Assist in planning and budgeting activities, partnering with Corporate FP&A to ensure alignment and accuracy. Analyze financial data to provide insights on cost trends, cash flow, and operational performance. Help identify opportunities to improve analytical processes and reporting efficiency. Leverage emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with crossfunctional property teams and Enterprise Analytics on datadriven insights and action planning. Prepare clear, concise analyses and summaries for senior finance leadership. Participate in special projects and other financerelated duties as assigned. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Has a high school diploma or GED - Must be 21 years of age or older. Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
