First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm)An industrial welder fabricates, repairs, and joins metal structures and components using high-heat equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc) based on blueprints. They prepare surfaces, operate cutting tools, inspect welds for quality, and ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) in manufacturing or construction environments. Industrial Welder Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Certification: AWS (American Welding Society) certification or technical welding school training is often required. Experience: Previous industrial welding experience, often 2-5 years. Skills: Strong knowledge of metallurgy, blueprint reading, and proficiency in manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
