Maintenance Helper Qualifications:Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components Ability to assist with troubleshooting equipment and identifying issues Experience using hand and power tools safely Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks and replace parts as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Willingness to learn and support the maintenance team with general repairs Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training is a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
