About the Role. The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing & Adoption plays a critical role in ensuring technology products deliver real value through successful adoption at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, change management, communications, and enablement, translating complex product strategies into compelling narratives, launch plans, and readiness strategies that drive engagement across a large, distributed organization. You will lead product marketing and adoption strategy for high-visibility initiatives impacting thousands of hotels and stakeholders, working closely with Product, Technology, Change, Training, Communications, and senior leaders. This role requires someone equally comfortable shaping strategy, influencing executives, and rolling up their sleeves to test, refine, and operationalize solutions. Key Responsibilities. Product Marketing & Adoption Strategy. Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level product marketing and adoption strategies across multiple initiatives or programs. Translate product delivery and technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market approaches. Define change readiness and adoption frameworks that enable scalable, repeatable rollouts across hotels and user groups. Anticipate adoption risks and organizational resistance; design mitigation strategies and playbooks to address them. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence. Partner closely with Product, Technology, Change, Training, Communications, and Deployment teams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end product launches. Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams—helping them think beyond “build” to “adopt and succeed,” even in challenging or highly matrixed environments. Represent adoption strategy and progress in senior leadership forums, governance reviews, and steering committees. Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence, diplomacy, and credibility. Execution, Measurement & Storytelling. Oversee the creation of high-quality adoption assets (launch toolkits, messaging frameworks, training strategies, enablement content, executive communications). Define and track adoption KPIs (usage, engagement, satisfaction, feedback), using insights to refine strategy and influence future roadmap decisions. Develop compelling narratives and data-driven stories that connect adoption outcomes to business value. Test and validate product readiness, messaging, and user experience prior to launch when needed. People & Capability Leadership. Lead and mentor managers, and cross-functional pods, setting clear direction and expectations. Help build adoption capability across the organization through coaching, standards, templates, and best practices. Foster a culture of partnership, transparency, and accountability while operating in a new and evolving organizational model. What You Bring. Experience & Background. Proven experience in product marketing, product management, change/adoption, or enablement within a digital or technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and how to drive success post-launch. Experience driving adoption at scale within hospitality, travel, retail, franchised, or similarly complex multi-site organizations (preferred). Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and navigating large, matrixed enterprises. Leadership experience managing teams, programs, or large cross-functional initiatives. Skills & Capabilities. Exceptional strategic storytelling and communication skills—able to translate complexity into clarity. Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort navigating ambiguity, resistance, and competing priorities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; comfortable wearing multiple hats. Data-informed decision maker with experience defining success metrics and using insights to drive action. Technical & Digital Fluency. Solid understanding of digital product concepts, UX principles, and change enablement fundamentals. Familiarity with enterprise tools and platforms such as Salesforce, analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI), Agile tools, and collaboration tools. Comfortable working alongside product and technical teams to assess readiness and feasibility. Why This Role Matters. This role is essential to ensuring that technology investments translate into meaningful outcomes for hotels and users. The Sr. Manager will help define how adoption is done, not just for one initiative but as a sustainable enterprise capability—shaping strategy, influencing leaders, and driving measurable impact at scale. Travel - 10% limited as needed. Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $119,273 to $149,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401 K, and other benefits to employees. #LI-AC 1
