Ensure sanitation employees are following SSOP's. Will train and supervise the night cleaning crew. Will need to have basic computer skills and be bilingual English/ Spanish. \n\n Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n\n\t. Ability to abide by Company employment, safety, and food safety policies;\n\t. Conducts Safety and Food Safety audits to assure compliance to company standards.\n\t. Manages chemical and cleaning supplies and ensures the proper items are available for team to use clean facility.\n\t. Ability to work and communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees;\n\t. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, bend, climb stairs, and work in confined areas for long periods at a time; and\n\t. Ability to report to work a 2nd shift with a set start time of 3:30 pm during off season and 6:30 pm during peak season.
