Project Detail and Scheduleso Aligns with the Fulfillment engineering and facilities, IT infrastructure and development teams and the vendor team to define and execute a comprehensive operational testing environment.o Manages the work of all IT and Business testing resources including daily alignment with those teams via daily standups during the testing cycles.o Develops a work breakdown structure that encompasses all required QA work and tasks in alignment with the program manager, project leads and project teams using approved Project Management tools (Prism PPM, Jira, SharePoint, etc.)o Develops, monitors, and manages the QA staffing plan and resource allocations approved by resource managers and the work of those resources.o Determines Resource Assignments with task estimates (ETC's)o Use negotiation skills to balance completing work with resources needed to achieve project success.o Will identify the criteria that will be used to classify testing issues for prioritization.o With the testing team, the QA lead will identify, document and prioritize known issues identified during testing and will facilitate work required to resolve those known issues. Communication and Presentationo Keeps program manager informed of progress to goal; negotiate adjustments to the schedule and resources to ensure overall quality of completed QA tasks.o Functions as central point for all QA communications, providing updates to program manager for consolidation of program communications.o Leverages most effective means of communication based on situation/urgency.o Develops and delivers presentation content to program manager to drive understanding and alignment across Team and Project Sponsors (Governance structure) Participates in Project Governanceo Participates, along with the Program Manager and other project PM's in providing content that will facilitate alignment with sponsor and stakeholder groups that support/influence the Sponsor and Stakeholders. Vendor Managemento Collaborate with applicable project vendor(s) to ensure successful QA deliverables.o Tracks and maintains applicable QA vendor deliverables. Project Financials. Participates in determining project financials as it relates to the QA work and communicates that to the program manager for full project cost alignment and management." ][ "Skills & Qualifications:\r\n-\t. Strong hands-on QA testing skills in an operational complex environment - at least 5 years of experience managing complex testing efforts. \r\n-\t. Strong applied use of QA tools/techniques.\r\n-\t. Experience with vendor alignment.\r\n-\t.
