This Warehouse Customer Service role requires an expert communicator who can navigate high-volume email environments with professional poise and strategic organization. You will leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage complex formulas and accurate billing, while utilizing your deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems to handle everything from inbound orders to the intricacies of Bills of Lading (BOL).
