The part-time Warehouse Attendant at Georgia World Congress Center is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, supplies, and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and assists in providing efficient service to internal and external customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments; verify accuracy of deliveries. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution in accordance with company standards. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, proper labeling, and documentation. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts (if certified). Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with facility procedures. Assist with tracking and communicating inventory levels, shortages, and discrepancies. Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to support workflow and production needs. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations. Qualifications: Prior warehouse, stockroom, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required. Ability to lift, move, and carry items (typically up to 50 lbs) as part of daily work. Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems or handheld scanners. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift certification a plus.
