Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.60 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service at a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and reporting of unusual activity. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and visitor activity, support staff and guests with directions and policy questions, and document incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to site procedures. Minimum Requirements:CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
