Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.84 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Tue 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Wed 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Thur 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Fri 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor access, and support order at the location while following Allied Universal standards and site policies. Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and local responders as needed regarding incidents, disturbances, and/or operational concerns that may impact the location. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
