Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or visitor information, and directing authorized individuals to the appropriate location. Answer phones, assist with sign-in processes, receive deliveries, and document routine activity, incidents, and unusual conditions in a clear and timely manner. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed. Support a professional front desk presence in a residential location by helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting maintenance, life assistance, and other security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
