This position entails supervising and coordinating the activities of environmental services staff to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements. Position Details:Minimum Qualifications:Education: High school Diploma or equivalent. In lieu of education, at least 2 years of lead or leadership experience may be considered. Experience: 2 years environmental services experience. Prior floor care experience. Preferred Qualifications:Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent. Experience: One-year previous work experience in a leadership role. Physical Requirements: - Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. - Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. - Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
