As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Coordinator in Kissimmee, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/ Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control activities as needed. Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities throughout the retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior while supporting a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants. Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and report writing, while following post orders and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or other property-related concerns observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
