Lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center(s) while coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams. Ensure compliance with internal controls environment and identify and address gaps in processes Provide support during the month-end close process by performing analysis of Operational Expenses (OPEX) to drive cost-saving opportunities, and support annual operating budgets Oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities to reduce risk of sales center chargebacks, write-offs, and non-sufficient funds Ensure accurate Accounts Payable invoicing and processing and adherence to Procurement guidelines Support company-wide initiatives, champion change management, and implement continuous process improvement Travel up to 10% Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/ General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Skills and Experience: Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
