Support month-end close, sales tax accuracy, and financial reporting while partnering cross-functionally to analyze performance, resolve variances, and deliver clear financial insights to stakeholders. Your role:Assist manager on month end close process and financial reporting including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations. Finance lead on sales tax management including working with customer service team and customers to analyze transactions, corrects records, and adjust invoices for incorrect taxes. Assist manager analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly financial information including tracking financial trends, analyzing major variances, monitoring key financial drivers, and preparing management presentations. Works with cross functional team to model and analyze business challenges to support sound business decisions. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on financial status, report findings, and offer recommendations, ensuring clear and concise communication to facilitate understanding and action. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance with expertise in data analytics, financial analysis and reporting and month end closing. Your skills include 5 years of experience with Microsoft Suite including strong Excel skills. You have at least a bachelor’s degree. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office based role.
