The Graduate Nurse assures provision of care to an assigned patient population in a professional manner, utilizing the nursing process and the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement in collaboration with other health team members. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups Job Duties/ Responsibilities: Develops implements and evaluates an age-appropriate plan of care utilizing the Nursing Process, Clinical Skills and Patient Education.
