Visit us online at: Position: Graduate Nurse Position Summary: The Graduate Nurse functions under the supervision of the Team Leader/ Operations Supervisor. The Graduate Nurse assures provision of care to an assigned patient population in a professional manner, utilizing the nursing process and the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement in collaboration with other health team members. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups Job Duties/ Responsibilities: Develops implements and evaluates an age-appropriate plan of care utilizing the Nursing Process, Clinical Skills and Patient Education. Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and employees. The nurse will assess risks to patient safety and implement the appropriate precautions. The nurse will comply with appropriate and approved standards. Utilizes the appropriate leadership skills in delegating and providing feedback concerning staff performance.
