As a member of the Engineering Escalation team, you will help drive adoption and deployment of Cisco Nexus products while helping customers redefine their data centers into modern, scalable, and efficient environments. Demonstrating your proficiency in computer technologies, automation, and AI, you will help guide customers and peers through sophisticated engagements, finding fast solutions to critical roadblocks and driving innovation back into the broader engineering team to constantly improve our solutions. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience with Cisco's Nexus data center products - 5 years of networking experience - design, deployment, troubleshooting, operating - Experience handling customer escalations - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or comparable skills Preferred Qualifications - Experienced delivering Cisco standard methodologies for data center infrastructure - Experienced with Cisco Data Center networking offerings (Nexus stand-alone, Nexus Dashboard, etc.) - Experienced in using, configuring, and complex troubleshooting Cisco datacenter platforms - Experienced in using & modifying scripts to troubleshoot - Able to lead or guide discussions with teams made up of Cisco, Customer and Partner members to analyze and resolve complex data center related issues - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for novel technical problems - Ability to multi-task, self-start, and work independently and collaboratively - Comfortable being accountable for your own work, and holding others accountable to contribute based on their roles - Willingness to adapt, learn, and use new AI models, tools, and resources to help reduce workload for yourself and others - Comfortable documenting, teaching, partnering, sharing knowledge in service of growing yourself and others
