The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements and excellence of the strategic deterrence. We are currently seeking a full time Sr. Project Coordinator, for our Englewood, Colorado Site. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with subcontractors, adjacent program teams, and customers to manage an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) in build/delivery via subcontractors to our customers, as well as to guide development of the next generation IMU. You will: - Work with subcontractors to manage delivery of hardware. - Balance requests from various internal teams and the customer. - Develop and Manage various project schedules. - Develop solutions to effectively, manage, mitigate, and control problems/issues that arise. - Lead and/or support documentation development including readiness of data products at the required maturity level. - Lead and/or support teams through successful design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR/ FSR and FRR) - Act as a multi-positional player who can work in an dynamic environment that can bring efforts to completion. To be effective, ideally, you should also have: - STEM degree with emphasis in engineering (mechanical, electrical, aerospace, etc.) or supply chain management degree - Willing and able to work independently and in a small team environment - Detailed orientated an able to multitask consecutive projects simultaneously within project timelines - High level of accountability and a positive demeanor - Experience leading teams or projects through a full lifecycle - Demonstrated strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action. - Experience developing and/or reviewing Basis Of Estimate (BO - Es) and / or Proposals - Knowledge of & experience with Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Programs’ Reentry Systems’ products and performance To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. - Experience using Microsoft Office applications. - You will need to be a US Citizen, with an active US DoD SECRET clearance as well as an ability to obtain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
