The Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance – Governance and Oversight will serve as the governance backbone for US regulatory compliance, providing centralized oversight across RBC US regulatory compliance standards. It serves as the central hub for US regulatory compliance oversight, translating complex technical control data into clear, actionable insights for executive and Board-level decision-making. This role is critical to maintaining RBC's compliance posture under GLBA and NYDFS Part 500 regulations. What will you do? Governance & Strategic Oversight Establish and maintain consolidated governance framework for US compliance posture. Design and oversee control lifecycle processes and governance workflows. Identify systemic trends and thematic risks to inform enhanced control governance optimization. Develop governance protocols for testing cycles, remediation plans, and control assessment. Design end-to-end lifecycle for US reg compliance remediation, validation, and testing. Oversee US reg compliance governance forum to drive remediation, accountability, and continued improvement. Data Strategy & Executive Intelligence Translate technical control metrics into strategic risk narratives, heat maps, and maturity scoring. Develop forward-looking risk forecasts and dashboards for executive/ Board consumption. Track metrics: control effectiveness rates, testing progress, remediation status, SLA adherence. Operations & Compliance Management Maintain consolidated view of US compliance posture and evidence repositories. Coordinate monthly and quarterly compliance reporting packages. Support regulatory interactions and annual assessment certifications. Stakeholder Alignment & Coordination Partner across teams to ensure process alignment and governance consistency. Engage with leadership to support strategic planning and transformation priorities. What do you need to succeed? Must-have. Advanced data analysis and reporting.
