Lockheed Martin is searching for a Quality Analyst inthe Grand Prairie, TX factory. What You Will Be Doing. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limied to:-Supports the PCB Microsection Lab -Prepares Microsection Coupons for Analysis-Ability to learn lab techniques with a Quality first attitude- Evaluates conformance of manufactured electroniccomponents by way of destructive and non-destructive testing.- Development of quality plans and procedures inaccordance with customer requirements formanufactured products.- Ensures the conformance to company and regulatorystandards.- Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplieror process improvement activities and analyzes usingstatistical techniques.- Interfaces as needed with manufacturing,engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractorrepresentatives to ensure process requirements aremet.- Supports the development of disposition andcorrective actions for recurring product/processdiscrepancies for both make and buy items. -- Reviews completed assembly, process, test,mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical qualityrecords to determine data accuracy, acceptability andcompleteness.- Manages the quality records control process toassure adequate accountability and traceability. - -Develops and maintains governing procedures relatedto records control.- Supports product acceptance and delivery perestablished process.
