What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience 3 years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources. Preferred Qualifications Experience 3 years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment . years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
