This role will require some travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts that support the company’s operations in Neuromodulation. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigates risk, and supports business objectives through effective contract management. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Contract Drafting & Review. Prepare, and review contracts including customer contracts. Ensure contract terms align with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Compliance & Risk Management. Monitor contracts for compliance with healthcare regulations. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. Contract Administration. Maintain contract repository and track key milestones, renewals, and expirations. Support internal stakeholders with contract interpretation and guidance. Conduct customer-level analytical reviews to generate business intelligence insights for sales and marketing in a senior executive level. Collaboration. Work closely with legal, procurement, sales, and regulatory teams to align contract terms with business needs. Act as a liaison between external partners and internal departments. Process Improvement. Develop and implement best practices for contract management. Support automation and digital tools for contract lifecycle management. Must Have: Minimum Requirements. High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4 years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2 years experience). Nice to Have. Experience creating sales reports, including use of database manipulation. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C. F. R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. Physical Job Requirements.
