Job Description Global Technology Services’ (GTS) Office of the Chief Operating Office provides project and program management, delivery assurance and consulting, health checks and related guidance for key programs and projects. As an Associate Program Manager, you’ll provide delivery assurance, consulting, health checks, and related guidance for key programs and projects. Responsible for leading delivery of defined components of strategically important, complex programs and projects that may span business units, under the direction of a Portfolio Program Delivery Lead. Contributes to setting program goals and performance across project planning, execution, functionality, quality, cost, staffing, and resource allocation. Utilizes program and project management expertise and leadership skills to guide project teams, resolve issues, and ensure program objectives and requirements are met. Supports cross-project management of interdependent work streams or common activities across projects within a program. What You Will Do:Managing end to end project delivery, including estimating, resource demand management, determining project deliverables and timelines, developing a project plan and managing to the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports. Working with team members to resolve issues. Coordinating activities of a project team which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments and locations. Manage and deliver assigned projects to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. Supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Must demonstrate skills in negotiation and facilitation techniques. Mentoring team members. Supporting Project Management methodologies. What You Will Need: 7 years of related work experience. Advanced experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Advanced experience using Structured Project Portfolio Tools. Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies. Strong organizational skills (planning, prioritizing) and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)General understanding of the insurance and financial services industry. Preferred. PRINCE 2, PMI (PMP), Agile project management certification. Experience in financial services, insurance, or highly regulated industries. Hybrid office environment. Compensation:The Salary for this position generally ranges between $77,600 - $128,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (Denver, Cedar Rapids, Philadelphia) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/ Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
