Mastermind SQL data manipulation, troubleshooting, and complex performance tuning in cloud environments. Solve high-stakes technical mysteries, including data inconsistencies and application errors, while working directly with customers to resolve critical live issues. Collaborate with engineering to implement performance optimizations and monitor production environments for sustainable, high-speed operation. Champion knowledge sharing by developing technical articles and documenting innovative troubleshooting steps for a global audience. Spearhead software migrations and upgrades, guiding customers through technical transformations to keep their businesses at the cutting edge. Essential Skills & Experience. Proven expertise in writing complex Microsoft Transact-SQL queries and troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures. Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services, Financial Statements Reporting, or Crystal Reports troubleshooting. Hands-on experience managing SQL Server Database Administration and relational database concepts in AWS or Azure. Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a talent for clear, professional customer communication. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in database support. Bonus Points For:Familiarity with the commercial construction industry, including job costing, payroll, or project management workflows. Experience using remote desktop takeover tools like Bomgar, Zoom, or WebEx for technical support.
