Experience or internships in social work, mental health, or a related field 0-1 year preferred but not necessary. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.- Ability to provide empathetic care and support to patients dealing with behavioral and mental health challenges.- Capable of assisting in research, data collection, and analyzing patient information.- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and patient interactions efficiently.- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Flexibility in handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.
