We are looking for a Solution Portfolio Lead to manage our o. CFO remit. You will lead strategic alignment for key areas including o. CFO aligned New Product Launches, Evisort, and Financial Planning. Your primary goal is to maintain consistency with upstream business lines to anticipate product and strategy shifts. You will ensure the enablement ecosystem is prepared for high impact changes by managing the raw materials of strategy and product roadmaps. Responsibilities. Maintain consistent alignment with o. CFO lines of business to anticipate upcoming product shifts. Serve as the front door for content curation by partnering with subject matter experts. Translate CFO persona challenges and priorities into actionable enablement requirements. Architect expert knowledge into a standardized enablement Bill of Materials to ensure global consistency and scale. Identify when business shifts require deeper learning and shepherd those needs through the enablement supply chain. Establish regular meeting cadences with stakeholders to surface top priorities and roadmaps. Drive the usage of the Enablement Bill of Materials to surface content gaps to stakeholders. Support a unified intake process for the creation of expanded learning interventions. About You. Basic Qualifications: Principal Solution Portfolio Lead, o. CFO 7 years of experience managing complex programs / projects 7 years of experience leading multiple work streams and driving timelines. Basic Qualifications: Senior Solution Portfolio Lead, o. CFO 5 years of experience managing complex programs / projects 5 years of experience leading multiple work streams and driving timelines. Other Qualifications. Deep understanding of the end to end software customer lifecycle from initial discovery through long term adoption and value realization. Strong history of partnering with product and marketing leadership to drive cross functional results. Experience managing structured content libraries and establishing clear governance standards. Ability to track and plan the creation of enablement content within a content management system. General familiarity with o. CFO solutions such as Talent Management or Workforce Planning tools. Strong understanding of the CFO persona including the key business drivers and pain points that influence Workday projects. Understanding of AI powered enablement and adoption focused frameworks. Expertise in aligning business strategy with operational execution and anticipating organizational shifts. Proficiency in Google Workspace including advanced use of Sheets and Slides for data visualization and reporting. Workday Pay Transparency Statement. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
