Now Hiring: Deal Sourcing Analyst – Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS)Our client, a rapidly growing real estate investment platform focused on alternative storage assets, is seeking a Deal Sourcing Analyst with experience in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) to support acquisition efforts across targeted U.S. markets. This vertically integrated investment manager specializes in acquiring, operating, and repositioning IOS and marina assets throughout high-growth secondary markets nationwide. The team combines institutional-level underwriting with hands-on operational expertise to create value across fragmented and under-served asset classes. Key Responsibilities:Source off-market and marketed IOS acquisition opportunities. Build and manage relationships with brokers, owners, and operators. Maintain an active pipeline aligned with investment strategy. Conduct preliminary deal screening and market analysis. Partner with acquisitions leadership on underwriting and due diligence. Track market trends and emerging IOS submarkets. Qualifications:1–4 years of experience in acquisitions, brokerage, investment sales, or related commercial real estate roles. IOS experience strongly preferred. Experience sourcing deals or generating leads. Understanding of zoning, tenancy, and IOS asset fundamentals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills. Preferred Experience:Existing IOS owner/broker network. Off-market sourcing and direct-to-owner outreach.
