We are seeking physically active, dependable, and team-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our clients growing distribution team. The ideal candidate is a "pivot-player" someone who can focus on their core tasks but is happy to jump into other departments as needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull and pack orders using RF scanner technology to ensure high inventory precision. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with loading/unloading materials and processing incoming stock. Inventory Control: Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with cycle counting. Flexibility: Pivot between different warehouse functions (picking, packing, stocking) based on daily volume and priorities. Safety: Operate equipment (including forklifts) safely and follow all OSHA guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications. Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (Required). Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF scanners for picking/packing. Physical Ability: Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs consistently. Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality. Attitude: A "can-do" spirit with a customer-service mindset and a willingness to learn the industry.
