First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm) Job Duties: Manage new customer onboarding by collection of credit applications, credit approvals, tax status, shipping method/terms, and all other required company information prior to accepting orders. Communicate order status, lead times and delivery schedules to customers. Distribute Sales Orders to internal departments Provide pricing to customers for service trips Copy drawings required for service parts and disseminate to appropriate departments. Copy drawings required for quoting and disseminate to appropriate departments. Coordinate with Production Manager, Engineering, and Sales to finalize part and assembly quotes. improvement. Monitor inventory levels and backorders, and production progress of manufactured parts, providing proactive communication to customers. Assist with invoicing questions, returns and credits. Review WIP report weekly and update applicable departments on all orders past due. Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order details in ERP systems. Label new folders for all customers and move all SO / Shippers to previous year files. Manufacturing CSR Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with ERP systems, and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities ear understanding of manufacturing processes, lead time, and supply chain concepts, BOM's and drawings. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
