First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00 am to 04:30 pm)Set up and operate press brake and/or punch press machines. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other tools Adjust machine settings (pressure, speed, tooling) to meet specifications. Load and position materials onto machines. Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Press Punch/ Press Brake Operator Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience operating press brake, punch press, or similar machinery. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
