We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Front Desk Clerk in the North Vernon Area. Company Profile. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 04:30 pm)Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, & vendors, providing a positive first impression. Efficiently answer, screen, & direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed. Manage the receipt & distribution of incoming mail and packages & prepare outgoing correspondence. Maintain a clean, organized, & professional appearance of the front desk and reception area. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, & document preparation. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, & conference room bookings. Assist various departments with clerical duties & special projects as required. Monitor & maintain visitor logs, ensuring strict adherence to established security procedures. Front Desk Clerk Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar front office role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, & Excel. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Strong organizational & time management abilities. Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a customer service representative position. Experience with alphanumeric data entry. Updated Resume & Interview required.
