First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire roles, encompassing advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and successful placement activities within the branch. Exercise independent judgment and discretion throughout the hiring process, from candidate selection to identifying optimal candidates for specific job assignments. Provide ongoing support and counsel to placed associates and, when applicable, temporary associates, including exercising sound judgment regarding performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies. Actively contribute to top-line (sales) performance, supporting strategic objectives, efficient branch operations, and overall business development/selling activities. Ensure that all placed associates consistently meet or exceed clients' expectations concerning attendance, attitude, dress, skills, and quality of work. Deliver superior customer service to candidates and clients. Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications:Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines. Applicant may be subject to a background check. Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report.
