Day-to-Day Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and automated systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment failures Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, multi-meters, ammeters, and diagnostic tools Support PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting for Allen-Bradley SLC-500, Micro. Logix, and Control. Logix systems Install, modify, relocate, and fine-tune manufacturing equipment and production machinery Maintain power transmission systems including gearboxes, belts, sprockets, and motors Perform pipe fitting, threading, soldering, and Arc/ TIG welding as needed Document maintenance activities and work orders using CMMS systems Work closely with contractors, OEMs, and internal teams on equipment upgrades and repairs Follow all environmental, safety, and hazardous material handling procedures “The people were great and coming to work felt amazing everyday.
