As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition, Delivery team, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruitment support of high-volume roles (plant, manufacturing and related) by leveraging knowledge of local/regional/cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements. This position is a 12-month contract and will focus on recruitment support for our North America manufacturing plants. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 What you\u 2019 ll be doing. Acting as an expert in recruitment, you will build relationships; provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidate. Developing candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and becoming an expert in the business areas you support. Conducting interviews to assess candidates; make hiring recommendations; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Managing the job offer process, including negotiation, and consultation. Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs for Plant and Manufacturing roles. Developing cost effective, efficient, proactive and innovative solutions to meet business\u 00 A 0 recruiting\u 00 A 0 needs. Using\u 00 A 0 SuccessFactors\u 00 A 0(Applicant Tracking System) and Phenom (CRM) to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis. Participating in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed\u 00 A 0 What you\u 2019 ll need to be successful . years of experience as a recruiter in a high volume manufacturing environment; Prior agency experience preferred. Bachelor degree in Human Resources\u 00 A 0 or a related field preferred. Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies (i.e. Linkedin,\u 00 A 0 Indeed, local posting sites/affiliations, etc.)Ability to apply recruitment knowledge / experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes and functions.
