Email Support — Help organize and maintain email content libraries and documentation and assist with updating campaign calendars and tracking deliverables. Social Media Support — Help draft posts, schedule content, monitor comments, and track engagement across platforms. Customer Care Support — Respond to customer questions through social channels, escalate issues to the right teams, and help maintain a positive brand voice. Content Coordination — Gather assets, update messaging calendars, and help keep campaign documentation organized. Quality Assurance — Test links, review formatting, and help ensure messages look correct across devices. Reporting & Insights — Assist with pulling basic performance metrics for email and social campaigns.
