As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in the assembly and production of industrial pump components and pump assembly ensuring precision and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role demands a skilled professional capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Arvada, CO location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall production process by assembling components accurately and efficiently, contributing to the timely delivery of products that meet Honeywell’s high standards for quality and reliability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1st shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday Train in and operate any cell in ANSIMAG Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Primary responsibility in Final Pump Assembly, Light Component Assembly, Test Stand Support, Hydrostatic Test Stand Support, Packaging, and Shipping. Maintain high personal productivity level - Work independently to meet customer demands and manage work load of department Identify and report any assembly issues or defects to ensure product quality. Perform other related duties as assigned as well as training other employees when necessary Perform part inspection and measurement with inspection tools such as calipers Able to work overtime as needed Have to flex to different areas of production – learn multiple skills Strive to perform tasks outside of daily expectations to improve process efficiency and safety YOU MUST HAVE 8 years experience in assembly work within a industrial manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings, and working knowledge of shop trigonometry. Strong mechanical aptitude/machine expertise Experience with quality control processes to ensure product compliance with specifications. Basic computer skills WE VALUE High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
