Onsite based out of our Bridgewater, NJ or Tampa, FL location The Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A role is at the center of the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence outcomes across the business. The Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A will serve as a key partner to ELT stakeholders and cross-functional teams, while working closely with the Director of Corporate FP&A and the VP of FP&A to shape budgets, forecasts, and strategic insights that drive performance. Bridgewater, NJ and Tampa, FL are our corporate headquarters. The Role:Help own and manage the annual budget and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for corporate functions, partnering closely with ELT stakeholders. Partner with corporate function leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations. Support the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting packages and monthly ELT financial reviews. Analyze financial performance, key drivers, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forecasts. Partner with segment FP&A teams to ensure alignment between corporate and business unit forecasts, assumptions, and reporting. Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, delivering timely and insightful analysis to support decision-making. Other duties as assigned. The Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, required. Minimum two years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., One. Stream, Power BI, or similar platforms) preferred. Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds. The anticipated salary range for this position in New Jersey is $89,200- $156,200, plus bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
