American Senior Communities is now hiring a Medical Records Float Position Assigned Area: Indianapolis and surrounding counties RN or LPN The Medical Records Coordinator Float is responsible for assisting assigned facilities with the systematic maintenance, auditing, storage, accuracy, and completeness of the medical record, including both physical and electronic records. The primary function of the Medical Records Coordinator Float is to work with the ASC Nursing Department, physicians, office staff and nursing management team to maintain, audit and assure completeness of the medical record.
