The Migration Specialist is a critical individual contributor role focused on hands-on, client-facing project management. This role will be instrumental in establishing project plans, repeatable processes, and supporting the initial phase of migrations, particularly for high-value dedicated support customers, while also preparing to train and lead new team members. This role is based out of our Clayton office in St. Louis and follows a hybrid model, ensuring close alignment and collaboration. What you'll do:Serve as a primary client-facing resource, initially focusing on high-value dedicated support customers. Establish standardized project plans and reusable migration processes. Assist in the training and onboarding of additional migration specialists. Develop high-quality presentation materials and status updates for senior leadership, providing an accurate and transparent view of program health, milestones, and challenges. Collaborate with various workstreams to accurately reflect their activities and identify any emergent risks in leadership reports. Facilitate the gathering of comprehensive business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups. Act as a first line of escalation and support for complex client migration conversations. Collaborate with the Migration Strategy Leader on overall program execution and managing client expectations. What experience you need:5 years experience in Project Management, Program Management or Technical Project Management. Bachelors Degree. Ability to travel up to 10% What could set you apart:Proven experience in a client-facing Program/ Project Manager role, ideally within a technical migration context. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement repeatable project management processes. Exceptional skills in creating clear, concise executive-level presentation materials. Strong understanding of governance frameworks (e.g., RACI) and project lifecycle methodologies. Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans and technical requirements. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating technical and business teams simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and manage complex dependencies and technology escalations. Project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, etc)Experience working with Google Suite. #LI-TE 1#LI-Hybrid.
