The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Performs functions for post-entry correction, including but not limited to:Correction of entry, auditing correction made to ensure accuracy. Creation of revised entry packets and composition of reason for correction. Filing PSC in Cargowise, or Protest/520(d) in CBP ACE Portal. Manages post-entry correction queue, ensuring appropriate status and actions taken as necessary. Create or provide reporting as required by clients. Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience working in Customs brokerage. Preferred Qualifications:Extensive Knowledge of U.S. Customs entry processes and partner government agency regulations. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Ability to strategically assess a situation and problem solve as needed. Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Ability to work and communicate across the network. High level of attention to detail. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem management skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Values a diverse and inclusive work environment. Compensation Range$45,300.00 - $95,600.00 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
